Events and Special Services at St Peter's
​Our church is a place where there is always something going on including regular and special services of worship. We also enjoy a variety of social and special events, with fundraising and so much more.
Many of these planned social activities and events also help St Peter's to raise vital funds for the ongoing maintenance of our church and it's buildings. The church relies on the assistance and generosity of the community and year upon year, the people of Burnham and the wider diocese step up and help so much.
Your attendance and support at any of these occasions is always welcomed and much appreciated.

Together, we will continue to raise funds and awareness, whilst uplifting our community - and each other - sharing our faith in the Spirit of fun times, mutual interests and friendships of many years.
All of which is centred around our Christian faith and the historic and beautiful
St Peter's Church in Burnham.

Cornerstone for Hire
Mornings/Afternoons/Evenings
Various Times and Excellent Rates
The location for many of our church groups and events - Cornerstone is available to you for hire throughout the week.
Located at St Peter's, in the heart of the village; our spacious room area is ideal for celebrations and parties, interest groups, social gatherings, various meetings, special events and so much more - Cornerstone is here for you to access and enjoy.

WoW Epiphany Service

Join us for an all age service of celebrating Epiphany and then afterwards in Cornerstone for hot dogs, crafts and fun.
WoW (Walking on Water) services are tailored for children to enjoy with their family and friends but everyone is welcome to come along and enjoy a service filled with energy and excitement.

Starting Thursday 19th February
Burnham Methodist Church
7pm
A special six-week course being hosted by St Mary's Church, Hitcham and St Peter's Church, Burnham, looking at the Biblical basis for Inclusion in the Church.
You can either sign up via the QR Code on the poster, or the website link on the poster or you can register via the church Office (speak to Pam)

Fund Raising Hampers
Throughout 2026
A fun way for St Peter's to raise funds and you can help!
Going somewhere either near or far, from long weekends and days out, to holidays away - wherever you travel, if you do bring back a souvenir, you are very welcome to donate it to the St Peter's prize raffle hampers for this year.
(If you bring back edibles/food items, please ensure they have a good shelf life on them)
Please drop any items into the church office over the coming months and you'll be helping to support the ongoing mission and maintenance of the church.

A warm and enjoyable evening celebrating Sir Robert Burns in the traditional fashion!
Traditional Haggis Supper
Three Courses
and a wee dram
Tickets will be available from the church office in Cornerstone.
(Office Re-opens 5th Jan 2026)
£20 per person (must be purchased in advance of the event)
